I made this cartoon at the beginning of last year. Surprisingly, though nearly 5.5 million people have died in the Democratic Republic of Congo since 1998, life expectancy there for both men and woman is much higher than for women in Zimbabwe. DRC life expectancy for men is estimated (depending on the source) at from 45-48, for women from 48-51.
