Not a Congo Comic, but ...

I was looking through my cartoon archive this morning, and came across this Robert Mugabe cartoon (and many others ... he's so cartoonable). Geography wizards will know that Mugabe has destroyed a different African country than the Democratic Republic of Congo, but I think the sentiment expressed in this cartoon have application well beyond Zimbabwe's borders ...
